If you are attending an event at Solid Rock Camps that includes minors (17 and under) you must provide a copy of a nationwide criminal background check OR for an additional charge, we will run one for you. If you, or someone in your group, needs one from us please print and fill this authorization form out and email it to contactus@solidrockcamps.com
